Seeking gallery for innovative art

After studying arts and obtaining a Master's degree in Fine Arts, I spent quite some time traveling before settling in Guadeloupe about fifteen years ago. There, I founded my painting studio and currently make a living teaching art classes. For the past 6 years, I have actively resumed my research on stereoscopy, aiming to achieve true artistic coherence before unveiling my approach. Following several exhibitions that allowed me to gauge the impact of my work on the public, I now believe that my artistic development is advanced enough to find the gallery and support needed to make myself known and continue to innovate.

Anaglyphes sur toiles

In few words...

My work stems from an exploration into creating a stereoscopic effect in painting through the systematic creation of anaglyphs on canvases.

While the initial goal was to evoke a sense of depth, the concept evolved over time to primarily offer a distinctive aesthetic appeal visible to the naked eye. Hence, there's no need for any specific device to appreciate the canvases. The stereoscopic effect, though intriguing, remains supplementary. When wearing glasses, however, the painting transforms: the reds and blues disappear, elements of the image seem to detach, move away, or even emerge from the surface...

Created mainly using flat colors, repositionable tape, and industrial paint, my works evoke a smooth and detached finish, reminiscent of a dystopian digital future or virtual reality—an AI's nostalgic reverie.
